12 FIRES Winery & Vineyard has a splendid Valentine’s evening planned for everyone to enjoy!  Join us Saturday, February 14th starting at 6pm to get cozy with a loved one or gather with a group of friends to share our 100% Texas wines bottled up with love.

Our incredible Chef Olivia Nielsen has a succulent dinner and wine pairing line up that will leave you wanting more!  Our Chef will be offering up:

FIRST COURSE:  Blue Cheese and Bacon Wedge Salad paired with our Double Gold winning Blanc Du Bois (unreleased wine)!

SECOND COURSE:  Braised Beef Ravioli Roasted in Tomato, Carrot, Garlic, Herbs, & Red Wine along with Butternut Squash and Wild Mushroom Cream Sauce paired with our 2023 Aglianco (unreleased wine)!

THIRD COURSE:  Luxardo Cherry and Pineapple Upside Down Cake paired with our Sparkling Rose (unreleased wine)!

DVJazz Saxophonist will begin with classic instrumental harmonies that will certainly create the best vibes for an evening to remember.  It will be a bright night to make beautiful Texas Hill Country memories while sipping on wine next to your loved ones! 

In addition to our Valentine's Wine & Dinner Pairing, we are excited to announce a Live FIRE Performance for your entertainment.  Dave Lee, visiting from Austin, will be putting on an unforgettable show immediately following the meal.
