12 FIRES Winery & Vineyard has a splendid Valentine’s evening planned for everyone to enjoy! Join us Saturday, February 14th starting at 6pm to get cozy with a loved one or gather with a group of friends to share our 100% Texas wines bottled up with love.

Our incredible Chef Olivia Nielsen has a succulent dinner and wine pairing line up that will leave you wanting more! Our Chef will be offering up a unique Pasta Bake! A succulent dish of cooked pasta with a savory sauce of meat, vegetables, and cheeses and then baked in the oven until bubbly and the cheese is melted. Garnished with some Garlic and Cheese Bread to suck up the juices!

Trust us when we say this dish will go so well with a myriad of 12 FIRES wine ... from Trebbiano to Sangiovese! You will be asking for more!

Every year this event just gets better and better. If you have not made it before come on out and experience where the BOIL meets the BOTTLE without going to the BAYOU! Join 12 FIRES Winery & Vineyard on Saturday, April 18th from 2-5pm for our 6th Annual Crawfish Boil. Some purdy mudbugs will do a dance with a special blend of spices, vegetables, other meats and create one delicious meal for YOU! Come pour with us at a Candle Pour Party — where you get to sip, pour, and create your very own custom candle from start to finish!

You’ll choose from 12 beautifully curated fragrances or go rogue and blend your own signature scent. From cozy and woodsy to sweet and citrusy — we’ve got a scent for every mood.

We use premium, domestically sourced soy wax that burns cleaner and longer, poured into upcycled glass bottles that we cut, sand, and polish by hand. It’s sustainability with a splash of sass!

We hope you venture out for a unique experience — this hands-on experience is equal parts relaxing and fun. You’ll walk away with a candle that’s 100% you!
